I really, really fell off the wagon yesterday. I put away about 3,200 calories in one day. That’s twice what I should eat in one day (target is 1,800 calories).

It’s okie to do it every now and then, right?

    Really. Just forget that it happened. Don’t worry about catching up and don’t get upset over it. Live the next day fresh like it never happened.

    Like I’m one to talk… I have no experience with calorie control.
