It sounds a little too prepackaged: “and meth” in case you didn’t hate them for hating Obama, let’s give them some really bad drugs too.
Not that I don’t think some wackos would try this, heck I probably knew a few in Tennessee who would given half a chance without the meth! It’s just that it stinks of campaign timing to me more than it does of wacko plot.
